What makes Sirius themes different from other WordPress themes?

The main difference you’ll see right from the start is that our themes are very easy to use. We’ve taken our years of experience to come up with a list of options clients ask for the most and put them right at your fingertips. Can I use Sirius themes on my WordPress.com account?

No, unfortunately, you won’t be able to. WordPress.com accounts don’t allow the use of plugins, and there are several required for our themes to function properly.

Can I buy Sirius themes to sell and customize it for my own clients? What kind of copyright/licensing do you have?

Yes! By all means, do! Take it, break it, customize and sell to your heart’s content! Our themes are released under the Open GPL license, which means that once you buy it, it’s yours to use however you like – just make sure to share the luv and give us some credit. And if you do something really interesting with it, we’d love to hear about it.

I have no idea how to do anything. Can you provide one-stop shopping from purchase to usability?

Another resounding “Yes!” Every theme we do is one-of-a-kind, built specifically for you. We’ll design a whole website to your exact specifications, whether it’s creating a custom banner and color scheme or a full customization of graphics, colors, copy text, and functions. I don’t know how to code or do HTML. Is Sirius the right theme for me?

Our themes are designed with the Non-Designer in mind. So often people find a theme they love but soon learn it’s way more than they can handle once they’re on their own. We’ve taken into consideration the most common areas that folks like to customize and made it easy to modify those elements.

Our Themes page can tell you more about how usable our themes are, but each element (navigation bar, contact form background, dividers, and other images) has a Photoshop file (PSD) where everything is aligned the way it should be. All you have to do is make your modifications, save the image with the same name as what’s already in the theme’s Images folder, upload, overwrite, and you’re done. No coding necessary.

What about after-purchase support? Does this theme come with follow up if I have trouble?

Among our services, we offer ongoing site upkeep (including image updates, copyblogging, and site content renewal), but for those who buy a Sirius theme to tinker with on their own, we’re confident that our themes are among the most user-friendly available.

What is the turnaround time for purchasing a Sirius theme and having it customized from your company?

Projects start 7 days from date of acceptance. Expect 3 days for each stage of the project (3 days to send first mock-up, 3 days after client review to make revisions or begin the next stage if no changes are needed). If you want to get our basic theme and play with it yourself, you can have it on your computer within 24 hours.

What are your terms of purchase?

A 50% deposit is due upon acceptance of quote after initial consultation, with balance due upon delivery of finalized theme.
